Job summary

MGA Entertainment in the United States is seeking a highly organized Sales Analyst to support our Target sales team. You will provide business insights, financial tracking, and executional excellence to drive growth and retailer relationships.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of analytics experience, and advanced Excel skills. You will analyze performance by category, track promotions and out-of-aisle activity, and prepare JBP reports and scorecards to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of sales analytics, retail support, or business analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting Target, Walmart, or major retail accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain POS reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
• Prepare monthly Joint Business Plan (JBP) reporting and Target scorecards.
• Analyze performance by category, class, and subclass.
• Track promotions, markdowns, and out-of-aisle performance.
• Maintain item grids with pricing, dimensions, and product attributes.
• Coordinate new item trackers, distribution reporting, and out-of-aisle tracking.
• Support sales leadership with reporting, analysis, and meeting prep.
