This role focuses on meeting sales goals through in-person and digital selling, providing styling and fit advice, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility to support varying schedules and occasional work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide styling guidance and confident, honest product and fit recommendations
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
