Jeni’s is seeking a Retail Analytics & Forecasting Manager to lead the forecasting and demand planning across all retail, DTC and Scoop Shop channels, while supporting ice‑cream allocations.

The role requires formalizing a monthly S&OP process, translating forecasts into Modus, and partnering with Sales to optimize trade plans. The position emphasizes analytics, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of demand forecasting experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of retail math and pricing structures.
• Familiarity with syndicated data tools (Spins, Nielsen, IRI).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process to align forecast and trade plans with Sales.
• Translate demand forecasting into the Modus system.
• Manage relationship with Modus and maintain seasonality inputs.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales to optimize trade plans and inform strategy.
• Support planning with bottom-up customer analysis and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy through learning.
