Job summary

Feeding Tampa Bay in Tampa, FL is seeking a Coordinator for Retail Rescue Partnerships to drive growth, compliance, and data integrity within our retail rescue program. Qualifications

• Excel in a fast-paced environment with equity and respect for mission.
• Associate degree or 2+ years in data coordination, logistics, or databases.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Comfort with teaching, public speaking, or tech training for adults.
• CRM platforms (Salesforce), MealConnect, Netsuite, or data visualization tools are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills for partner compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and travel routinely in the service area.
• Commitment to ending hunger and participating in mission-driven programs.
• No corrective actions within the last 90 days for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Donor stewardship through site visits, gratitude, and education on donation guidelines.
• Onboard new retail donors and agency partners into the Retail Rescue network.
• Analyze donor capacity and partner availability to expand pickup days.
• Act as MealConnect admin, troubleshoot issues, ensure real-time data.
• Monitor missing receipts and reporting gaps for accurate tracking.
• Develop and lead virtual/in-person agency training on MealConnect and compliance.
• Lead agency partner orientations on setup, food safety, and etiquette.
• Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce, Meal Connect, Netsuite, and internal systems.
• Generate routine metrics, quarterly reports, and annual data overviews.
• Represent Feeding Tampa Bay at community meetings and events.
