Employment Type: Part-time, Regular

Hours: 32.5 hours/week

Department: 500075 URMC Cafe Srvcs

Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America)

Compensation Range: $17.00 - $22.10 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, employees, and guests in a welcoming environment.
• Serve food and coffee, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in sourcing products, manage inventory, and communicate with vendors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following safety and HACCP procedures.
• Complete mandatory training and mentor new staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others.

Licenses and Certifications

• Serv-Safe food certificate preferred upon hire.
