Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to uphold store remodel standards and manage fixture reconfigurations across projects. This full-time, project-based role involves coordinating multiple tasks to meet client demands and requires nighttime or weekend work as needed.

Reports to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma and be able to lift significant weights; retail experience is preferred, with potential for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends; overnights required.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing ones.
• Move fixtures, install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Detail modular and counter setups following guidelines.
• Relocate merchandise as directed by store management.
• Use basic hand tools and cordless drill.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
