Walmart in Garden Grove, CA is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. You’ll support and oversee repair of Walmart Refrigeration HVAC equipment across facilities using commercial HVAC/R skills and tools.

The role requires 2 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll join a team focused on safety, reliability, and customer-serving store operations.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR record.
18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand, digital and power tools.
Use work orders to receive repairs for stores and document activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspect facilities to diagnose issues and ensure safe operation.
Complete training to operate equipment safely; follow safety guidelines.
Adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart policies.
