Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support repair and maintenance of Refrigeration HVAC equipment across Walmart facilities. The role uses commercial HVAC tools, hand tools, digital tools, and requires safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus at select locations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using mechanical skills and various tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders to support stores and associates.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA and EPA guidelines per Walmart safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights regularly.
