Job summary

Wayfair is hiring a Sales Lead for our returns Outlet retail store in Naperville, IL. The base pay is $22.00 per hour, with a 40-hour work week. Join a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving store KPIs.

You will lead staff, manage floor operations, and ensure inventory presentation while upholding Wayfair’s brand standards in a fast-paced outlet environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or experience managing a team.
• Brick & mortar retail experience in furniture or home goods preferred.
• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Google Cloud G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, forms) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best in class customer experience as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain leadership presence through effective floor management and resource allocation.
• Deliver on sales and service KPIs and drive profitability across omni channel platforms.
• Manage stock levels, signage, and assortments to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Open and close the store as Keyholder and supervise shifts.
• Operate or quickly learn the POS system and use sales analytics tools.
