Wayfair is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate for our Chandler, AZ Outlet store. This role is 20 hours per week with a base pay of $17.50 per hour. You will manage stock, maintain visual standards, and support customer fulfillment across channels.

You will be a brand ambassador, provide excellent service, and help keep the sales floor stocked and organized. The role offers opportunities for growth, eligibility for 401(k) matching, referrals, and employee discounts.

• 1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for great customer service
• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred
• All employees will be expected to represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• As an authentic brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting them with the world's biggest and best home online assortment brought to life in our stores.
• Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales-floor is adequately stocked. Maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets.
• Support customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services including (order pick up, incoming inventory).
• Maintaining visual standards, replenishment, safety and backroom standards.
• Participate in all operational aspects of the store including but not limited to: processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep of the store
• Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members.
• Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
• Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations.
• Assist with furniture delivery to customer's vehicles

What You’ll Do

Criteria

• 1+ years of stock receiving required, retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for great customer service

Essential Functions

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting customers
• Technical acumen to learn necessary software (google and microsoft office) to manage inventory and price items
• Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Please understand due to the nature of the retail industry, your shift schedule will vary. However, we will work to provide you with your schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and you will have the opportunity to trade with teammates as needed.

Our store hours are Monday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm & Sunday 11am - 7pm. Employee shifts may include two hours before or after store hours.

The hourly rate listed above is the fixed starting rate for this position and applies to all new hires. Although system displays may show a general pay range, this starting rate is non-negotiable. Future pay increases are determined by performance, tenure, and applicable company compensation policies.
