Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Organize back stock and coordinate with management to optimize flow of goods.
