Job summary

You will train colleagues, sustain tagging and coding standards, and collaborate with the management team to meet store goals. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to direction changes.
• Team player who can train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Coordinate with the on-duty Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory replenishment.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention standards.
