Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, train and mentor Associates, and help maintain clean, organized backrooms while supporting safety and policy compliance. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to maintain orderly stock and sales floor.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes back stock for easy replenishment and supports shrink reduction efforts.
