Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with stock movement.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Interact with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; maintain signage standards.
• Communicate with management to coordinate priorities and progress updates.
