• Communicates with customers to deliver an excellent experience and maintains cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and supports safety and recovery standards.
