Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and promotes efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Supports store safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction initiatives.
