Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring that Associates process efficiently and customers have an exceptional experience.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store and model strong customer service. You will train and mentor Associates, manage tagging and stock flow, and communicate priorities with the Coordinator on Duty.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing of merchandise.
• Maintains clean, organized store and supports customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes back stock and ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and staff.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety standards.
