Job summary

Marshalls in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Store Associate to support receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and keep a clean, organized store. You’ll work with a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and uphold store operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift heavy objects, and strong communication. Prior retail and leadership exposure is beneficial, and TJX supports development and diversity.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
