Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Alpharetta is seeking an associate to support receiving and merchandising, ensuring efficient processing and a high-quality customer experience. You will work with team members to keep the store organized, properly tagged, and stocked, while upholding safety and store standards.

You will train others, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to fulfilling the store’s goals. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are a plus, with competitive regional compensation

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
