Qualifikationen

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to lift heavy objects and train others.

Aufgaben

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience and model exceptional customer service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as necessary.
• Maintain back stock organization for easy replenishment.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, plus backroom cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Ensure safety, labor law adherence, and compliance with programs as applicable.
