Wayfair’s Outlet store in Orlando is hiring a Retail Receiving Lead to oversee replenishment, stock integrity, and store presentation while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, lead through example, manage floor presence, and coordinate with teams to keep inventory flowing and shelves well stocked.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, a passion for service, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience; preferably in the home or furnishing space.
• Interior design, furniture, or home goods experience preferred.
• Passion for great customer service, operational excellence, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and create a best-in-class customer experience by connecting shoppers with Wayfair's home assortment.
• Maintain leadership presence through floor management and resource allocation.
• Manage stock levels, signage, and visual standards across departments.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels and assist with store opening/closing.
• Utilize sales analytics tools to drive store profitability and growth.
