Job summary

Burlington Store is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area, directing merchandise flow and daily operations. You will work closely with store management to ensure efficient receiving, stocking, and floor readiness while building strong teams.

The role requires supervisory experience in off-price retail, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Burlington offers a competitive wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing products to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and standard setup.
• Enforce asset protection policies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following company guidelines.
• Coach andDirect associates; participate in weekly workload planning.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Support community relations activities through company programs.
