Ideal candidates have retail experience and some leadership exposure, with strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork to support store goals and drive customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others.

Mansioni

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and help customers on the sales floor.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, security and stock organization.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and goals.
