Qualifications

• 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience.
• Real Estate salesperson license required.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and handle problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and milestones.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent to negotiate terms.
• Coordinate negotiation of sales through field brokers; monitor lease expirations and renewals.
• Locate and acquire properties to meet client timelines.
• Dispossession of surplus space via subleasing or sale; early terminations.
• Review and interpret financial analysis templates.
• Maintain project tracking and prepare reports/presentations.
