Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Quality Specialist in Ontario, CA to implement and deliver training and coaching for retail teams and internal departments, partnering with the Sr. Quality Manager to elevate the client experience by communicating proactively about quality of our products.

The role also analyzes defects/returns trends, develops action plans with Central and Manufacturing, leads quality checks, and designs training materials to support unified store standards and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to retail teams and internal departments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills across functions.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enforce New Product Alert system with stores to ensure timely info.
• Foster partnership across departments for unified quality messaging.
• Lead coaching with Warehouse teams on new products and quality updates.
• Host daily communications with Central Quality to share issues and actions.
• Create and deliver training materials and SOPs for quality guidance.
