Louis Vuitton in Ontario, California is seeking a Quality Specialist to train and coach retail teams and internal departments, elevating the client experience by communicating proactively about product quality.
The role analyzes defect repairs/returns data, develops action plans with Central and Manufacturing, and leads cross‑functional quality initiatives across stores, warehouses, and regional teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
Under the supervision of the Sr. Quality Manager, this position is mainly responsible for implementing and facilitating training and coaching to retail teams and internal departments in partnership with the Sr. Quality Manager to help enhance the client experience by communicating proactively and positively regarding the quality of our Louis Vuitton products.
In addition, the Quality Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and reporting the trends of the defective repairs/returns to develop action plans and proactively work with Central and Manufacturing to resolve defects and improve the quality of our products.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
