Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Quality Specialist in Ontario, CA to implement training and coaching for retail teams and internal departments, driving proactive quality communications and action plans. You will analyze defect trends, coordinate with Central and Manufacturing, and support store quality initiatives to elevate the client experience.

The role emphasizes daily collaboration with warehouses, regional quality teams, and an emphasis on proactive problem solving and process improvements

Qualifications

• Implement and facilitate training and coaching for retail teams and internal departments.
• Analyze and report trends of defective repairs/returns to develop action plans and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Central and Manufacturing to resolve defects and enhance product quality.
• Lead and share quality updates with stores and regional teams.
• Maintain and update quality guidelines and SOPs as needed.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and coaching to store and central teams.
• Analyze defective repair/return trends and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Central Quality and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
• Communicate quality updates to LV stores and regional teams.
• Develop and share training materials and SOPs.
