Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. is seeking a talented property management professional to support a regional portfolio of retail centers. The role will directly manage 1–2 assets and assist Senior Regional Property Managers with daily operations, tenant relations, and project management.

The position is based in Charlotte, NC, with up to 25% travel. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and service-oriented, capable of handling inspections, vendor coordination, and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience supporting property operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with MRI and Nexus Payables is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support at the center under supervision.
• Assist in soliciting bids, vendor selection, and service contracts.
• Help manage property service contracts (security, maintenance, grounds-keeping).
• Follow up on open items and communicate with tenants to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Assist leasing agents to access vacant spaces for prospective tenants.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Property Manager(s).
• Support regional property management activities and special projects.
