Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years real estate experience supporting property operations.
• Experience with retail tenants, vendors, and property maintenance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations at centers under VP and Senior PM guidance.
• Support property inspections, bids, vendor selection, and service contracts.
• Maintain tenant and vendor contacts; research inquiries and plan follow-up.
• Provide administrative support and research invoices in Nexus/MRI systems.
