General Manager, coordinate with tenants on construction and compliance, and drive safety, energy and sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities include capital planning, vendor oversight and ensuring regulatory compliance, while maintaining guest experiences and building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in shopping center or similar management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain property to meet standards and guest experience.
• Manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans.
• Coordinate with tenants on construction and compliance.
• Oversee safety, energy, and vendor contracts.
