Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day relationship manager for tenants at each portfolio property.
• Own budget-to-actual performance, variance analysis, and corrective action.
• Oversee accounts receivable, CAM management, recoveries, and expense control.
• Lead vendor management and ensure service standards and compliance.
• Leverage data platforms to monitor performance and drive proactive decisions.
• Lead property teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure life safety, regulatory and lease compliance.
