Pacific Retail Capital Partners in Los Angeles seeks a General Manager to lead Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza with vision, energy and a focus on guest and tenant experiences.

You will own operations, leasing, budgeting, and capital projects, building strong tenant relationships while driving traffic, sales, and long-term asset value for the center. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
