Qualifications

• Understand project specifications and contract documents for quality compliance.
• Execute the established schedule and communicate progress with project managers and owners.
• Organize and supervise the work of the Foreman and field employees on the job site.
• Determine work priorities and assign activities based on abilities and training.
• Coordinate and track job-site materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor labor costs and keep project expenditures within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction inspections to enforce contract specifications and quality.
• Manage project documentation, safety reports, and timekeeping records.
• Supervise Foreman and crew, ensuring performance and discipline as needed.
• Communicate progress and issues with owners and project managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to maintain schedule.
