Job summary

KE&G Construction, Inc. in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Project Superintendent for full-time duties on multiple civil projects.

You will lead field operations, coordinate crews, and collaborate with engineers and the project manager to deliver on schedule and budget. Ideal candidate has at least 5 years in heavy-civil construction, strong communication, safety focus, and ability to manage utilities, earthwork, asphalt, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in heavy-civil construction.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects.
• Experience with installation of utilities (wet and dry), earthwork, asphalt paving, and coordinating/subcontractors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on construction sites.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple crews and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Manager to complete projects on time and budget.
• Maintain safety and a clean work environment.
• Monitor costs and support project administration.
