The role emphasizes strong industry relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and other partners in OR, WA, and CA. Cross-selling across disciplines and delivering results are essential.

The position offers a hybrid work model, with a salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 15 to 25 years of experience as a licensed architect.
• Experience executing interdisciplinary retail projects: ground-up centers, renovations, and tenant improvements.
• Established reputation in real estate with retailers, developers, brokers, contractors and partners in OR, WA, CA.
• Strong business development skills and willingness to cross-sell across disciplines and markets.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a business development strategy for retail projects across Mackenzie's markets.
• Maintain, build, and expand relationships with Clients, contractors, brokers, consultants, and other partners.
• Lead and serve as AOR on specific retail projects as PM or Principal-in-Charge, commensurate with experience.
