Mackenzie Inc. is a growing firm delivering full-service design through an integrated in-house landscape architecture team.

We seek a highly experienced landscape architect with 12+ years to lead projects across public facilities, parks, master plans, healthcare and industrial sectors. This full-time, hybrid role involves mentoring staff, partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives and business development, and serving as landscape architect of record while coordinating with engineers

Qualifications

• Strong construction documentation, detailing, cost estimating, and construction administration experience.
• Strong project management experience in public and private sectors.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Business development and marketing experience.
• Licensed in OR, WA, and/or CA.

Responsibilities

• Foster staff development by supporting mentorship, growth opportunities, and a positive team environment.
• Work with client, stakeholders, and project team to execute work.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and develop project leads.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts.
• Serve as the landscape architectural lead and landscape architect of record.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil and structural engineers, and project consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Proactively manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
