Job summary

Mackenzie is seeking a Licensed Architect with 15 to 25 years of experience to lead business development for retail projects across multiple markets. The role emphasizes building and expanding relationships with clients, contractors, brokers, and consultants, while serving as AOR on key projects as PM or Principal-in-Charge.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence Tue–Thu and options to work from home on Mon and Fri.

Qualifications

Licensed Architect with 15 to 25 years of experience.
Experience executing interdisciplinary retail projects (ground-up centers, renovations, tenant improvements).
Strong relationships with developers, brokers, contractors and partners in OR/WA/CA.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the implementation of a business development strategy for retail projects across Mackenzie markets.
Maintain, build, and expand relationships with Clients, contractors, brokers, consultants, and other partners in the retail industry.
Lead and serve as AOR on specific retail projects as Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge, commensurate with experience.
