You will mentor staff, manage projects, build client relationships, and drive business development across public and private sectors in a hybrid office setting. The role emphasizes coordination with architects, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed landscape architect in OR, WA, or CA.
• Strong project management experience in public and private sectors.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication.
• Business development and marketing experience.
• Passionate about sustainable design and equity goals.
• Experience guiding staff and leading teams.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Foster staff development by supporting mentorship, growth opportunities, and a positive team environment.
• Work with client, stakeholders, and project team to execute work.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and develop project leads.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts.
• Serve as the landscape architectural lead and landscape architect of record.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil and structural engineers, and project consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Proactively manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist in operational management efforts including staffing coordination, recruitment, and hiring.
