Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience, with at least two years in personnel or project management.
• Proven track record leading client-focused engineering teams and motivating staff.

• Supervise production staff and assign project responsibilities.
