Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Program Manager-Events (IC4) in Nashville to independently lead complex, cross-functional event workstreams. You will manage content delivery, vendor relationships, and global planning while ensuring programs align with business priorities and audience needs.

This onsite role requires travel, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of scalable event processes, with a focus on delivering high-impact experiences across campaigns and regional programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in event operations, experiential marketing, marketing operations, or program management.
• Ownership of complex programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing event content workflows, including agenda planning and speaker coordination.
• Strong project and program management skills with dependency management and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing vendors, venues, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Experience managing event budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Demonstrated success improving event processes using data and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated event planning across operations and content, owning schedules and milestones.
• Oversee content planning and delivery, including agenda development and speaker readiness.
• Coordinate with content owners to ensure quality messaging and materials.
• Maintain standardized templates, checklists, and procedures across events.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and address planning gaps with clear recommendations.
• Manage onsite logistics, registration, attendee communications, and guest experiences.
• Oversee vendor performance, scopes, budgets, and procurement timelines.
• Lead compliance coordination for customer gifts, hospitality, and partnerships.
• Provide tracking and reporting on attendees, executives, and content deliverables.
