Job summary

Oracle US—Nashville-based program management role requiring on-site presence. Leads multiple interrelated programs, partnering with engineering, product management, and executive leadership to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.

Candidate will manage budgets, track KPIs, mentor project managers, and drive continuous improvement across a matrixed organization. On-site work schedule may apply; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience in tech or enterprise.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and collaboration between teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with mitigations.
• Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members.
