Krispy Kreme is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to deliver a WOW experience for customers in our New York shop. You will support shop operations, mentor teammates, and help meet shop goals while developing your path toward a General Manager role.

Responsibilities include coaching a team, assisting with recruiting and training, maintaining product knowledge, handling cash and inventory, and ensuring equipment and sanitation standards are met while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of experience in a job involving food service or retail industry.
• Two or more years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or over and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions, including cash handling and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational and sanitation standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
