Savers is opening a new store in Fayetteville, AR. As Store Manager you will lead the team on day-to-day operations, drive sales and donor flow, and ensure exceptional customer service. Training will occur at our Fort Smith, AR location prior to opening.

You will oversee staffing, performance coaching, inventory and compliance, with a focus on delivering results aligned with Savers’ mission and values. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for community impact.

Competenze

• High School diploma required, post-secondary not mandatory.
• 3+ years of results-driven retail store management experience.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
