Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas in Burleson, TX is hiring a Retail Team Member Production - FT to process donated and purchased items, assist customers, and support the store’s sales floor.

You will work 40 hours per week with varied daytime shifts, and prior customer service experience is preferred. Training on grading/pricing and the POS inventory system is provided, plus benefits including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production quotas.
• Proficient in basic math; able to read and write; operate computerized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Use grading and pricing system to categorize merchandise.
• Maintain production data batches and related records.
• Operate material handling equipment to move items.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
