Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Team Member Production - FT to support donation processing and store operations at Store #29 in Hurst, TX. You will handle donations, price items, and assist customers while working a 40-hour week.

This role requires basic math, strong teamwork, and reliable attendance. Training is provided and the environment emphasizes continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with the public or team is required.
• Must be proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing system).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow POS Solutions Inventory System and meet production quotas.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain current open and closed work batches and production data.
• Use material handling equipment to transport, move and sort donations.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Open availability preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM).
