Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring for a Retail Team Member Production – FT at Store #49 Lake Worth, Fort Worth, TX. You will process donations, manage pricing, and prepare items for the sales floor while meeting production quotas.

The role requires basic math, good communication with customers and staff, and experience with POS systems. Schedule varies with store hours; benefits include basic life, PTO, voluntary medical, dental and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience interacting with the public or a team is required.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write.
• Operate computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing).
• Able to meet quotas and communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow production quotas and inventory system guidelines.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the work area.
