Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Team Member Production - FT to work on-site at Store #59 in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves processing donated and purchased items, pricing using the grading system, and maintaining stock for the sales floor.

Hours are FT (40 hours/week) with days and hours varying; 2 days off weekly. Benefits include company-paid life, PTO, voluntary medical/dental/vision, STD/LTD and 401(k). Experience in customer service and basic math is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with the public or team.
• Must be proficient in basic math and able to read/write.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow the Kaizen principles to improve production areas and meet quotas.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and pricing using grading/pricing systems.
