Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is hiring a Retail Team Member Production in Burleson, TX. This full-time role handles processing donated and purchased items for the sales floor and follows the store’s production quotas.

You will use the POS Solutions Inventory System and grading/pricing tools, maintain orderly work areas, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals. Benefits include paid time off, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD and 401(k).

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience with the public.
• Proficient in basic math and reading/writing.
• Experience operating POS Solutions Inventory System.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Follow inventory system processes and production quotas.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise and price it using grading/pricing tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and support Kaizen improvements.
