Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Production - FT at Store #15 Watauga, TX, offering 40 hours per week with varied days. Begin processing donations for the sales floor and ensure proper inventory and pricing in the POS Solutions system.

The role requires at least 1 year of public-facing experience, basic math, and clear communication; you will sort and price merchandise, while keeping work areas clean and compliant with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team.
• Proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing system).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor; ensure inventory system processes are followed and quotas are met.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise and price using the grading/pricing system.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the work area; operate material handling equipment as needed.
