Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to follow established production processes and safety guidelines with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a quota-driven environment where quality is the top priority.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise to established standards.
• Maintain clean and safe production environment and assist with workflow.
• Support backroom and production operations to ensure shop-readiness.
• Coordinate with leadership to move materials between areas as needed.
